Introduction to Meditation In-Person

Living in a state of anxiety and stress, the body can get stuck in "fight or flight" mode, contributing to high blood pressure, stomach issues, weakened immune system and shallow breathing. Meditation can help reduce high blood pressure and restore a sense of calm to many bodily systems.
Come learn the basics of a gentle, easy way to quiet the mind and regenerate the body, sitting comfortably in chairs.
Classes consist of two sessions; registration signs you up for both and registration is required. Please sign up via our calendar at thrall.org/ecal

Kathy is a certified hypnotist, Reiki Master, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) practitioner, energy worker, member of the National Guild of Hypnotists and IANDS (Institute for Near Death Studies) She has taught meditation and metaphysics classes at colleges and libraries for over 30 years.
