Chair Yoga In-Person

Join instructor Livia Kohn for twenty minutes of seated stretches to activate the different joints and muscle of the body, followed by twenty minutes of standing yoga postures while holding on to the chair, plus some slow whole-body movements and deep relaxation.

Livia Kohn is a retired Asian Studies professor and Kripalu-certified yoga instructor with many years of chair-yoga experience
