Stretch, Move, and Storytime! In-Person
Wind down for the evening with a fun mix of movement, mindfulness, and a cozy bedtime tale!
Kids will enjoy 10–15 minutes of an age-appropriate workout to get the wiggles out, followed by calming stretches and simple breathing exercises.
We’ll end with a soothing bedtime story to send everyone home relaxed and ready for sweet dreams.
Designed for ages 2–8, but all independent walkers are welcome!
Parent, caregiver, or guardian MUST stay in the room. Make sure to wear comfortable clothing and bring water and a snack if needed.
