Our Universe: An amazing story simplified In-Person

Where did the universe come from ? Is there life out there? Is time travel possible? What is the long-term outlook for our world? Where are we headed ? And how uniquely suited this improbable universe is for life?
“Our Universe” is a fascinating look at the origins and workings of this place we call home. We explore how this universe is uniquely suited for life, as we know it. Presented with a non-technical approach; it is intended to be a “story book” of the cosmos.
Presented by John Johansen. John Johansen is a systems engineer for the past 30 some odd years, mostly for the pharmaceutical industry. He has also taught Control Theory at a number of different colleges as a professor at Stevens Institute, NJIT and Columbia. He currently teaches history courses in local schools and conducts tours for the Warwick Historical Society.
